Shipping & Delivery

When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email.

Your tracking number also will be located in your shipment confirmation email. We will also notify you by email along the way with updates.

We’ll do everything we can to have your order delivered to you as fast as possible.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to BFPO addresses, or PO Boxes.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 5-20% of the Euro amount of the merchandise – many countries such as the US have no customs fees for under $500, but some countries in Europe or Asia have lower threasholds. This is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. Michael Sousa cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Once your order has been confirmed, our staff cannot change or edit the order due to administrative reasons.
If you have placed an order incorrectly, please contact us and we will cancel the order, allowing you to re-order the correct items.

Michael Sousa Online Store accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

You will be billed in the currency Euros.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We recommend you contact your local customs to calculate the import taxes and duties prior to placing your order.


Returns

We will happily refund any items within 14 days of receipt, providing it is returned in its original packaging with no signs of use or misuse.
