Information regarding the execution of the right of withdrawal

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw form the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons.
Note: This does not apply to products made according to customer specifications (custom made products).

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date on which you or a third party designated by you, which is not the carrier, is physically in possession of product(s).

through an unambiguous statement (e.g. by letter, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You can use the attached model form for the revocation but is not required.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is required you to send us a notice regarding your execution of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive a refund for all payments made up to that point, including delivery charges (excluding any additional costs incurred from selecting a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option offered by us). If you partially terminate the agreement and do not return all products, the shipping costs for the order will not be refunded.

The refund will be processed after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw and have received the returned product(s). We will issue your refund using the same payment method as your original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

You must return the goods without delay, but in any case not later than 14 days after the date you notified us of your decision to revoke the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14 day period expires.

Please note: that the shipping costs for returning the product(s) will be at your expense and will not be refunded. You must use registered / track-able shipping services and inform Michael Sousa with the tracking number.

You are liable for the devaluation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
